In order to get Mac OS X Lion working on Windows PC that has VMware Workstation 8 installed you need to patch follow these steps below.

1. InordertoknowifyourPCis capableofvirtualizationandhowtoenableitin BIOSpleasedownloadthissoftwarefromMicrosoft: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/virtual-pc/support/configure-bios.aspx

2. Install VMware Workstation 8.0.1(serials included) and restart PC if u have version 8.0.0 please update to 8.0.01

4. make sure VMware is not running, and any background guests have been shut down (there are about 5-6 running VMware processes).

6. Make sure that you download the unlock folderand copy it to drive C:

8. Now go to START and search for CMD and right click and run it as ADMINISTRATOR(this is very important!!)

13. Open VMware Machine and choose Open a New Virtual Machine

15. Browse to the drive where you have unrared and saved Mac OS X Lion folder and open it and choose Mac OS X lion.vmx

16. Now VMware will open Mac OS X Lion and then to edit it choose edit this virtual PC and to start it : choose power on this virtual machine.
